Harvey L. Fiser, J.D., serves as Dean and Professor of Business Law at the Else School of Management, Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. A licensed attorney and real estate broker, Professor Fiser brings more than two decades of legal and academic experience to his work at the intersection of neuroscience, business ethics, and employment law.

His scholarship has appeared in Oxford University Press, the Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law, the Journal of Business Ethics, Pace Law Review, and the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender, among others. In 2014, he was selected as a Neuroscience Boot Camp Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania.
